This saddle is ideal for the younger rider to enjoy general riding, schooling, or hacking. The softness of the saddle will allow the young rider to feel the movements of horse or pony. The much shorter flaps on the sides of the saddle allow maximum leg contact for the rider, especially on wider ponies. Ideal for smaller horses or ponies as the weight bearing area is determined by the size of the rider not by the overall length of the saddle. Pommel and Cantle of the saddle give the rider a feeling of a safe seat. An insecure rider will like holding on to the pommel. The cantle is filled with soft material to ensure absolute comfort for horse and rider.
