This saddle is ideal for schooling, hacking, dressage, riding and training of Gaited Horses. The more traditional looking flap design gives this saddle a very elegant appearance. The extra soft end of the seat enhances softness and suppleness in your horse. No risk of a hard cantle pressing down at the end of the seat, as the padding is designed to be soft for your horse and soft for the rider. The softly padded end forms a soft seat for the rider. The much shorter flaps on the sides of the saddle allow maximum leg contact for the rider. This is of great benefit if you have a wider horse or pony and you like to reduce the “sitting in the splits feeling”, or simply if you are of smaller stature. Suitable for all horse types. Some horse shapes will particularly benefit from this saddle design, e.g. a horse with high croup or horses with swayed, dipped or short backs.
